1. Ask the children to stand in front of you.
2. Tell them to repeat what you do and say, for example, "Come and follow me, touch your head. Come and follow me, jump."
3. During the activity, make the instructions increasingly difficult. For example, "Come and follow me, jump three times. Come and follow me, jump three times on your right foot."
Variation: For upper levels - follow the same procedure, giving the instructions but not performing them. The children should understand the instructions and follow them.
Challenge activity: Ask a volunteer to takke your place and give instructions.
